The challenge

Modern data centers increasingly use liquid cooling, but ensuring consistent performance remains a challenge and fluctuations in flow and server heat output can lead to hot spots or wasted energy. Installing sensors is complicated by dense layouts, and the coolant itself can damage sensors over time. In addition, quick response times are crucial, yet affordable 2-wire RTDs often suffer from accuracy issues due to lead-wire resistance especially over long distances.
